Tastefully decorated and updated three-bedroom Tri-Level home with a great location for Pentwater cottage rentals. The nice-sized living room has a sectional with a sleeper and large screen TV with cable and internet. The great room also has a TV and could be used as a sleeping area if needed. Air Conditioning units in each bedroom window and living/dining room too.

There is a Half bath on the main floor and a full bathroom with a shower on the second floor. The bathroom upstairs has two doors; one for private entry from the master bedroom and one off the hallway. All three bedrooms are on the same floor. Washer/Dryer, Basic Cable TV /Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a waffle maker.

The nice, fenced-in backyard is private. Exit the back gate and you are steps from the downtown village of Pentwater. So close that there is even a partial view of Pentwater Lake. Walk to the beach, Lake Michigan is only a few blocks away. The backyard has a table and chairs, a picnic table, lawn furniture, a firepit, and a gas grill.

There is room for one vehicle in the drive, other cars would need to use off-street parking or park vehicles in the back near the backyard fence, inquire. The garage has been turned into a rec room with a ping pong table and games, Sorry, NO PETS Allowed.
