The cottage has three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Amish furnishing. Upstairs two king size bedrooms and another with a crib and full bed. Downstairs two king size bedrooms one with a pull-out twin. Downstairs also has an office with a queen futon. Downstairs includes one bathroom with a family room, pull out queen in couch, TV, bumper pool table. Walkout to a patio with picnic table. Backyard has a fire pit with ample chairs.

Returning upstairs there are two bathrooms, one is in the master suite. TV in Master. Living room with two couches with recliners, another single recliner, TV with cable and premium channels, high speed internet. Air conditioning. Chefs Kitchen fully stocked with spices, pots and pans, China for 20 and a dishwasher to make life easy. Large dining table that seats 12. Washer and dryer in alcove. Extra refrigerator in garage. Walk out of the living room to wrap around porch with chairs and dining tables. Gas grill for your favorite barbecue recipes. Walk to the Duna Vista beach, heated pool, tennis courts, basketball, and swing sets. Two golf carts available for adult usage with your insurance. A true family experience.
