Welcome to our historic home in the Village of Pentwater. Ideally located on a quiet residential street, our cottage is just one block from downtown and a few short blocks from the beach. Pentwater’s Village Green, marinas, parks, shops, restaurants, and public beach are all just steps away.

Accommodations include three bedrooms (queen/queen/ two twins) and two full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a new walk-in shower and a large closet. Two additional guest rooms include a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins, each with built-in storage and lots of natural light. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination and was recently renovated.

The Pentwater cottage rental has an open-concept floor plan with common living areas in both the front and back of the house. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

Beyond the kitchen at the back of the home is a family room with TV, as well as books, games and a few toys. Free Wi-Fi is included. Off the family room, the large back deck adds another place to gather, with a table and chairs and a gas grill. There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unfinished basement.
