• Fully equipped kitchen that features sit-up counter and large dining room with lots of storage (refrigerator, toaster, stove-oven, microwave, grill, coffee maker & more)
• “The Tree House” is an attic play room with video games & movies. Many items for your use…high chair, play pen, bed railings, night lights, bikes & more!
• Large back yard with big play unit, sand box & storage shed filled with fun items for everyone to enjoy.
• Fire pit for evening “camp fires”. Stream at the back of the property feeds to Pentwater Lake.
• Plenty of parking – lot can take large RV & trucks. (Village does not allow outside lodging without permit.)
• Two (2) TV’s – Plenty of movies IF there’s a rainy day.
• Well trained dog can come along for $150 pet fee. Animal items – kennel cage for medium to small dogs, food/water bowls provided.

Linens Needed

You will be expected to bring your own linens, or alternatively, can request to add these as guest option for additional fee of $105 and they will be ready for you and your stay.

*Sheets and pillowcases for 3 Full and 1 Twin bed, as well as full sleeper sofa, if using. Bathroom and Kitchen towels and washcloths.

Rent

Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday mid-June to Mid-August for $1,800/wk with $500 refundable deposit due at booking.

Early and later season rents with 3 night minimum stay for $260/night
