This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, architectural gem was built in 1988 is beautifully situated along the Pentwater Channel and only 4 blocks from the charming Village of Pentwater. The wrap around deck has views of Lake Michigan, Pentwater Lake, sand dunes, boats cruising in the Channel and romantic sunsets. It is also a perfect setting for outdoor dining, private sunning and just R&R. The main floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, as well as the master suite with king bed and master bath, deck access, lake and channel view, vaulted ceiling with fan, king bed, cable TV, master bath with large custom two head shower is available. There is also a half bath on the main floor. There are two second story bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, and one full bath. The Lower floor has a full bathroom and a large bedroom with a daybed and lower trundle bed along with a bunk bed (two twin beds). The third floor is the “Beacon Room” with stunning views.
