Our historic 1866 home is located in the quaint village of Pentwater. We are 2 blocks from shopping, restaurants, and all the fun in town! We are also within walking distance to Lake Michigan and the State Park. You will find hardwood floors, throughout as well as many other original touches.

There is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and armoire. The third bedroom has a full-size set of bunkbeds (2 full beds). The second bathroom has a full tub and shower along with a stackable washer and dryer. The kitchen has a large island with a gas cooktop, double ovens and a dishwasher. There is a nice and large farmhouse table that seats up to 8. The house has central air, gas log fireplace, cable, WI-FI, and free Netflix.

Enjoy the large, fenced-in backyard, gas grill, 2 decks with table and chairs, and fire pit for evening enjoyment (and marshmallows). There is also a big front porch with comfy chairs for your morning coffee! Parking for up to 5 vehicles. Sleeps up to 8.
