Enjoy “Pure Michigan” with your family at this sweet cottage in Pentwater with easy walking proximity to everything in the Village and all the toys and tools to spend a day at Lake Michigan beach (Charles Mears State Park) or to stay in for games on a cozy rainy day. Imagine relaxing on the screened porch in the morning with your coffee before a dreamy day at the beach using the house wagon, umbrella, and chairs… Don’t miss the tacos or paddleboard rentals at the beach shop! Then you’re back to the Cottage to clean up (or not) for dinner and music at one of the restaurants within 3 blocks of the house. The evening ends much the same as it started with a cozy drink on the porch enjoying the gentle breeze, knowing you get to wake up tomorrow to enjoy it again.

The living room seats about 8 comfortably and up to 12 if you’re willing to be crowded on a rainy day – especially if you use the summer porch for the extra seating.

The cottage is set up to bring your own linens.  This would be all your sheets and bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths for your stay.  Bed sizes are 1 queen, 2 full, and 1 full futon. Alternatively, these could be added as guest option for additional fee.  Please reach out if desired!

 There is a 6′ folding table under one of the guest beds in case you need it for outdoor buffet service or as a standing puzzle table. Plenty of games, puzzles, and cards provided.

We have provided a limited selection of high-end spices and seasonings in the pantry. Please enjoy them, but leave them for others to enjoy as well.
