Large Screened Porch!! Three Bedrooms, 2 full baths.

This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage has a large screened porch and is in a prime location. The second floor is the primary ‘living area’ with an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining area, living room with two couches. On this main floor, there are three bedrooms; one with a king bed, the second room has a twin bed, and the third room has a queen. The first floor is the lower level which has a walkout door also. It has a great room for you to enjoy your beach vacation.

Around the corner of the great room is another twin bed. Enjoy the large approx. 24’x24′ screened in porch just off the dining area where you can eat meals, play cards or just visit. There is a futon for those wishing to sleep out and enjoy the nights breeze. This is a comfortable cottage on a quiet dead-end street and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, pier, village, and ice cream stores, as well as the rest of downtown. Additional features include washer/dryer, clothesline, 2 grills, a firepit for evening bonfire, and plenty of beach chairs.

There is a four-car limit. The home accommodates up to 7 people and rents weekly, Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.  Please see availability and booking calendar for up to date pricing.

Linens Needed: 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twin (2 upstairs and 1 down), 1 full futon (downstairs), 1 full futon (on screened porch).
