The Town
Welcome to Pentwater Village! People come to Pentwater for several reasons: the beach, the sunsets, hiking, cycling and our shopping. Main Street is packed with boutiques, salons, antiques, ice cream, a candy store, and restaurants. Pentwater is in between Silver Lake Sand Dunes with the Little Sable lighthouse and Ludington that has the Big Sable lighthouse and the Ludington State Park. This is a charming town with a very welcoming at-home vibe that you cannot get from a hotel!
The House
Excellent location!
This rental is just off Main Street! From the street in front of the house you can see Pentwater Lake. Most importantly, you are a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Charles Mears beach.
Bon Temps 53 is a 2-story, 3-bedroom cottage. The master has a queen size bed, a TV and a window air conditioner. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle and a window air conditioner. Under the steps is a very small room with a comfortable twin size bed.
Downstairs you will find a large living and dining area. The living room is set up with a large screen TV that has a Roku. The living room also has 4 sleeping spots, with matresses right under the couch cushions so please use a fitted sheet. The couch was custom-built to include real mattresses for bedtime. There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room table, a breakfast bar and an extra couch and sitting area.
The back has a private enclosed patio area with plenty of space and seating. There you will find a charcoal grill and a small shed full of beach toys you are welcome to use. You also have access to the washer, dryer, and internet service.

Linens needed: 1 queen – master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has full w/twin trundle, Living room sofa has 4 twins. 2 twins – 3rd little bedroom. Please keep in mind, the city occupancy only allows for 5.5 people.
