The second bathroom is upstairs along with three bedrooms; two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The home has an attached garage and a large fenced in back yard with firepit for evening enjoyment. Gas Grill, Outdoor table and chairs. Parking for 2 cars in drive and off street parking.

This vacation home is in the heart of Pentwater Village and just a block away you will find the famous Pentwater Village which has tasty restaurants and many unique shops. This home is also close to Charles Mears State Park, Pentwater’s popular Lake Michigan sandy beach where you can enjoy the beach, walk the pier, or climb Old Mt. Baldy sand dunes (and trails). You are walking distance to the ice cream shops, unique gift shops, restaurants, kayak rentals, the channel, pier, fishing, boating, art galleries, Pentwater Yacht Club, Thursday evening concerts on the Green. For those with a boat the Pentwater Public Marina is literally just a block away. For a change of pace, head north of town to Ludington, another fun tourist town with many unique shops, the Ludington State Park. Check out the Park’s visitor’s center for movies, critters and fun, hiking and biking, and Amber Elk Farm. Take a short drive south to Silver Lake and Sand Dunes, dune buggy rides, go carts, jet ski rentals, mini golf, golf courses, Lake Michigan Beach, close to . enjoy: Also a short drive from Country Dairy Tours, Hart-Montague Rail-Trail, Lewis Farm Market with petting zoo and bakery, Michigan Adventure (amusement and water park), orchards.
