Excellent location!
This rental is just off Main Street! From the street in front of the house you can see Pentwater Lake. Most importantly, you are a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Charles Mears beach.

Bon Temps 53 is a 2-story, 3-bedroom cottage. The master has a queen size bed, a TV and a window air conditioner. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a twin trundle and a window air conditioner. Under the steps is a very small room with a comfortable new twin size mattress.
Downstairs you will find a large living and dining area. The living room is set up with a large screen TV that has a Roku. The living room has been renovated with new flooring and new furniture. There are two bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room table and a breakfast bar.
The back has a private enclosed patio area with plenty of space and seating. The back area has been renovated with a solo stove and seating. You will need to provide your own firewood and follow instructions for use. There is also a charcoal grill and a small shed full of beach toys you are welcome to use. You also have access to the washer, dryer, and internet service.

Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday during summer season.  3 night minimum accepted for spring and fall stays.
Linens needed: 1 queen in master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has full w/twin trundle, 3rd small room under stairs has 1 twin.  Linens are available as guest option for additional fee if desired. Please keep in mind, the city occupancy only allows for 5.5 people.
