There is a Half bath on main floor and full bathroom with shower on second floor. The bathroom upstairs has two doors; one for private entry from the master bedroom and one off the hallway. All three bedrooms are on this same floor. Washer/Dryer, Basic Cable TV /Internet, Dishwasher, Microwave, keurig coffee maker and a waffle maker. The nice, fenced in backyard is private. Exit the back gate and you are steps from the downtown village of Pentwater. So close that there is even a partial view of Pentwater Lake. Walk to the beach, Lake Michigan is only a few blocks away. The back yard has a table and chairs, picnic table, lawn furniture, firepit, and a gas grill. There is room for one vehicle in the drive, other cars would need to use off street parking or park vehicles in back near the back yard fence, inquire. The garage has been turned into a rec room with a ping pong table and games, Sorry, NO PETS Allowed.
