Rocky Ridge is a ranch-style retreat on a quiet, wooded, one acre lot.

Our home provides 1500 square foot of space with three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It sleeps 5.

The third week of June through the second week of August rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday for $1300/wk. Off season rates are available outside of these dates with a 3-night minimum stay.

Rocky Ridge is located just south of Pentwater Lake. In the evening, you can take a stroll to the south pier (less than a mile) or drive and park at the end of the pier. Here you can walk out on the pier to enjoy one of Lake Michigan’s spectacular sunsets. A public boat launch is less than a mile away offering access to Pentwater Lake and Lake Michigan. Lake Michigan beach access can be found just a few miles south at Cedar Point Park. We are also only 10 miles from the stunning Silver Lake Sand Dunes. If you enjoy cycling, the Hart Montague Bike Trail State Park is less than 10 miles away in Hart. This is a 22-mile long paved bike trail that was Michigan’s first linear state park. And of course, on the north side of Pentwater Lake is the village of Pentwater with shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops and Charles Mears State Park on the shores of Lake Michigan.

We have a long driveway that can accommodate up to 5 cars or it can accommodate your boat trailer or dune buggy trailer.

The well stocked kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker with both drip and pod options, microwave, toaster oven, blender, gas range and oven. A washer and dryer are available. There is also a gas grill for guest use. The pellet stove is not for guest use.
Due to the wooded lot, the house stays cool, but there is a window air conditioner in the kitchen that cools the house nicely if needed. There is also a ceiling fan in the living room.
There are 3 Roku enabled flat screen TVs located in the master bedroom, living room and on the back deck.
The back deck is covered and has a table and chairs and a hammock, with the Roku TV and a ceiling fan.
The front deck has a bench and is near the fire pit. The fire pit is surrounded with Adirondack style chairs.

There is a shed stocked with beach chairs, 2 kayaks and life jackets, boogie boards and a badminton set.

*This home is set up without linens.  You will need to bring your own sheets (1 Queen, 3 Twin), as well as bathroom and kitchen towels and washcloths.  Alternatively, you can add these as guest option for additional fee at booking and they will be provided through linen service.
