Both the main house and casita are rented together. The main house was built in 1876 with the Casita House added in 2005. Together, they make a great setup for families wanting to vacation together yet have some separation.
The main house was completely renovated in the spring of 2023!
It features a small, bright and welcoming enclosed front porch as well as a large, covered patio space in the back.
The large great room boasts an 18’ peak ceiling with cedar beams and stone fireplace (gas). 55” smart TV with Samsung tv Channels only (you will need to have your own streaming service). 5G internet.
The great room opens to a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and a 7’ island with seating for four. Adjacent to this is a breakfast nook with additional seating, pantry storage and coffee bar.
Fully equipped with dishes, glasses for 12 people. Nice pots/pans, toaster, griddle and utensils.
Main house has one bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Two bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 features a King bed and an adjoining area with twin bunks. The rooms have a sliding door between them for privacy.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
(There is also a Queen blow up bed available that can be used in the living area if needed, although not recommended).
All bedrooms have encased mattresses/pillow protectors.
The home has central air and ceiling fans in the main room, bedrooms as well as outside under the covered patio that joins the two homes.
Covered patio connects the main house to the casita and has a table with seating for 6. The patio expands out to an uncovered area with space for extra seating.
Weber gas grill and charcoal grills. Quality Adirondack chairs, hammock, nicely landscaped gardens & grass backyard for games.
Casita (small house)
Features a gathering area with 32” Smart TV (same main house), 5G high speed internet & iHome Bluetooth speaker/charger. Kitchenette with small refrigerator and dining table
Two bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 has queen bed.
Bedroom #2 two twins. All newly painted & decorated.
2 Bikes and several lawn chairs in shed.
