This charming Pentwater Village home is on the ‘beach side’ of Hancock Street; a great location, close to downtown and a short walk to Charles Mears State Park’s Lake Michigan beach.
Welcome to Little Blue Dover! This charming centennial cottage is located at the east base of Mt. Baldy, which is the dune that borders Mears State Park, and a must do for those who enjoy hiking. It is also located one block from the downtown shopping and restaurant district as well as being only 4 blocks from Lake Michigan (Mears State Park). Accommodations include two Queen size bedrooms with attached half-baths in both, two bedrooms each with a twin bed (one in each bedroom) and a Queen size sofa sleeper along with one full bath with tub/shower. The house has an eat-in kitchen, table that seats 6, dishwasher and two family rooms that provide plenty of room to relax. There is a large back deck that gets lovely morning sun and is shaded in the evening for cooking out. If you’ve had enough outdoor sun and fun you can relax and enjoy the central air conditioning, cable TV and Internet in this home. Its a perfect place to come and make Pentwater memories with your family! Eight outdoor chairs, and a picnic table for your outdoor time. Gas grill.
