The porch allows for a full view looking north down the entire lake. Large full deck also along the entire front of the cottage includes two umbrellas, tables, plenty of chairs, and a two-place glider. The brick-like patio on the side of the cottage has a fire pit, gas grill, and umbrella table and chairs, perfect for lake houses for rent.
The front lawn leads to the Lake Shore with a short seawall, with boat dock and steps to the sandy bottom lake for swimming and fishing. Also, an additional fire pit is located near the lake. A fishing boat is provided with oars, life jackets, a pair of kayaks, and a pair of paddle boats for added enjoyment. Use at your own risk and wear life jackets. Also, there is a large TV and DVD player in the living room along with cable and Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels are provided, but please wash before leaving for the next family if you use. Bass Lake is a good fishing, boating, and swimming lake. There are two public boat launch ramps available and easy access by car to beautiful lake MI firewood stored along the side of the garage is also available for your use.
