Our Beach Cottage is located on the white sands of the Lake Michigan shore about 28 miles north of Muskegon and 14 miles south of Pentwater.

The cottage is situated atop a low bluff allowing panoramic views of sunsets and waves from the front, and majestic sand dunes from the back. Your private beach comes complete with wooden sun decks and outdoor eating area.

The living room is beautifully decorated living room and all rooms except the queen bedroom overlook the lake. Master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Main bath has double sinks and island tub. Washer and dryer. Full kitchen. Cable TV and VCR. Patio with grille. No smoking. No pets. Sleeps 6 or inquire, parking for 2 cars.

Enjoy an accommodating vacation home with a direct view of Lake Michigan and Little Sable Point Lighthouse. This is a great location and many new furnishings have been added to help your vacation be a great memory.The main floor has an open floor plan with new laminate floors. The living room and front bedroom have large windows for the best views of Lake Michigan. There is a large dining room table and a snack bar for additional seating enough to have as many as 12 sit (combined) at one time. The kitchen has all new appliances (dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator) installed last year. The laundry room has a newer washer and dryer. The back porch area has white wicker furniture and a TV. The main level bathroom has a tub/shower. There are also 2 bedrooms on the main floor ea. with a queen bed.
There is a spiral staircase that has recently been redone to help make it more ‘child friendly’. The upstairs has 2 larger dormer bedrooms; one with a two full beds. The other upstairs bedroom has a quen bed and if extra sleeping accommodations are needed there is an inflatable mattress. The second bathroom has a shower and is part of a recent addition. Walk across the road over one sand dune and you are on the beach at Lake Michigan. Or, drive less that 1/10 mi. to the Lighthouse and enter the beach area from there. Newer deck on the front for relaxation and taking in the view and sunshine. Cable TV, Wireless Internet and much more. This house is almost, or as close to Lake Michigan as some of the Lake Michigan frontage homes but at a much less price.
