There is also a wet bar sink in kitchen with glasses and ice bucket. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 sitting chairs, couch, and 2 benches which allows seating for 12. There is a TV with basic cable and VCR/DVD player. The second floor has 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed and twin bed with cable TV. The second bedroom has a full bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The house has central air. There is an attached garage with ramp which enters into the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a door to the fenced in backyard and deck. Deck table, chairs and umbrella along with a gas grill are a plus to enjoy the outdoors. There is a firepit with 8 chairs around it. There is a large picnic table in the yard also along with 3 horseshoe pits complete with horseshoes for those who are willing to try. There is room out front to park 3-4 cars. This is also a great location to watch the fireworks from the deck. Village Pub and Gull Landing are 1/2 block away. Walking distance to beach, shops and ice cream.. With permission it is possible to bring your pet for an additional $100. This house sleeps 9 but but up to 12 are allowed, please inquire.
