On this main floor there are three bedrooms; one with a king bed, the second room has a twin bed, and the third room hasa queen. The first floor is the lower level which has a walkout door also. It has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a great room. Around the corner of the great room is another twin bed. Enjoy the large approx. 24'x24' screened in porch just off the dining area where you can eat meals, play cards or just visit. There is a futon for those wishing to sleep out and enjoy the nights breeze. This is a comfortable cottage on a quiet dead-end street and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, pier, village, and ice cream stores, as well as the rest of downtown. Additional features include washer/dryer, clothesline, 2 grills, a firepit for evening bonfire, and plently of beach chairs. There is a four car limit. Home accommodates up to 10 people (inquire).
