Very nice home! Camelot has its own private beach frontage
and is located between Pentwater and Silver Lake. This
accommodating home has 3 levels; which include 5 bedrooms
and 3baths, and another full bath in the ‘bunk house'
with a bunk (upper level is a twin, lower is a full futon).
The house sets in the middle of it's 5 acre, semi-secluded,
yard. The paved drive will take you to the paved path
to the beach. At the bottom of the path you will see the
steps that take you to your sandy beach. (as shown in
picture).
Upper Level has large master bedroom with king bed. There
is a large loft bedroom with one queen, 2 twins and around
the corner a full size futon. There is also a full bathroom
on this level.
Main level has Nice Kitchen with snack bar, dining and
setting area, living room with fireplace (open floor plan).
One full bath on main level also.
The lower level has a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave,
and sink. There are two bedrooms; one with an antique
brass full size bed, the other room also has a full bed.
This lower lever also has a full bath (shower only) and
a utility room with washer and dryer.
There is also a 'bunk house' that has a full bed and an
upper twin bed (bunk with twin at top and full futon on
bottom). This room also has a full bathroom.
The house is situated in the center of it’s approx.
5 acre semi-shaded yard. To get to the beach follow the
paved driveway to the paved path down the hill. At the
end of the path is a clearing with a lawn to picnic on
or take the flight of steps and you are on the beach.
Firepit on beach for small fire, but it must be left extinguished.
Linens Needed: 1 king, 1 queen, 5 full, 3 twin
Rent for up to 10 people will be $2550, up to 13 is $2750,
up to 16 is $2950. Please inquire for permission for more
than 4 vehicless.
