The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which include one bedroom and bath on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Bathrooms have shower only. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Additional outdoor shower on a large wrap around deck. Large charcoal grill. Kitchen with all new appliances. Washer/dryer. TV/VCR.
